The person behind it

Thirty years running businesses. Ten of them in the trades.

Jim has owned and run businesses for more than thirty years. Early on he built one of the first websites in the country to process tax returns online. He then spent ten years working in the construction trades, and came back to technology ten years ago, first building business automations and then the AI automations Evolv runs today. He builds and operates the production line himself: the content system, the posting rail, the answering line and the follow-up automations all run on equipment he set up and maintains.

Knows the problems from the inside: the calls that come in while you are on a roof, the invoices done at the kitchen table, the small tasks that quietly eat the week.
Sets the rules every piece of content follows: real trade detail, no stock, no invented numbers, AI-made work labelled.
Reviews the work before it goes out and answers customer questions himself.
