Privacy Policy: How We Collect, Use, and Protect Your Data

Effective date: July 6, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Evolv AI Agents ("Evolv," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit evolvaiagents.com or contact us. We built this page the way we build everything else: plain English, no fine-print games. If anything here is unclear, ask us directly through our contact page.

Who we are

Evolv AI Agents is a US-based agency that builds fully-managed AI automation for US businesses — voice agents, workflow automation, and support systems. You can read more about the work we do on our services page. This policy covers this website only. It does not cover the AI systems we build and operate for clients; those are governed by each client's service agreement.

What we collect

We keep collection minimal. There are three categories:

1. Information you give us

When you book an AI Opportunity Audit or fill out our contact form, we collect what you type: typically your name, email address, phone number, company name, and anything you tell us about your business. You choose what to share. We use it to respond to you — nothing else.

2. Information collected automatically

Like most websites, we use analytics to understand how visitors use the site: pages viewed, time on page, approximate location (city/state level), device and browser type, and the site that referred you. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally. We also use standard server logs, which record IP addresses for security and troubleshooting.

3. Cookies

We use a small number of cookies: essential cookies that make the site work, and analytics cookies that help us see which pages are useful. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. The site will still work; some features may be less convenient.

How we use your information

  • To respond to you. If you request an audit or send a question, we use your contact details to reply and to prepare for the conversation.
  • To improve the site. Analytics tells us which pages help visitors and which need work.
  • To keep the site secure. Server logs help us detect abuse and troubleshoot problems.
  • To follow up, if you asked us to. If you request information, we may follow up by email or phone. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and one click ends it.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent it, trade it, or share it with third parties for their own marketing. Full stop.

Who we share data with

We share data only with service providers who help us run the business — for example, our website host, analytics provider, scheduling software, and CRM. These providers process data on our behalf, under their own contractual and legal obligations, and only as needed to provide their service. We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

How long we keep it

Contact form submissions and related correspondence are kept as long as we have an active conversation or business relationship with you, plus a reasonable period afterward for legal and accounting purposes. Analytics data is retained per our analytics provider's standard retention settings. If you want your information deleted sooner, ask — see "Your rights" below.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls on the tools we use. No system is perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security — but we take it seriously and limit what we collect in the first place, which is the best protection there is.

Your rights

Depending on your state, US privacy laws (such as the California Consumer Privacy Act and similar state laws) may give you rights over your personal information, including the right to:

  • Know what personal information we hold about you
  • Request a copy of it
  • Ask us to correct or delete it
  • Opt out of marketing communications at any time

To exercise any of these rights, email us at privacy@evolvaiagents.com or use our contact form. We'll respond within the timeframe required by applicable law — and usually much faster. We will never treat you differently for exercising a privacy right.

Children's privacy

Our website and services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Do Not Track

Some browsers send "Do Not Track" signals. There is no industry standard for responding to them, so like most sites, we do not currently change behavior based on these signals. We honor recognized opt-out preference signals where state law requires it.

Links to other sites

Our site links to third-party sites and tools. Their privacy practices are their own — this policy does not cover them, and we recommend reading their policies before sharing information.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update it here and revise the effective date at the top. Material changes will be noted clearly. Continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy. For the rules governing use of the site itself, see our Terms of Service.

Frequently asked questions

What personal information does Evolv AI Agents collect?
Only what you give us and basic site analytics. If you fill out the contact form, we collect your name, email, phone, company, and message. Automatically, we collect aggregated analytics data like pages viewed and approximate location. That's it — we deliberately keep collection minimal.
Does Evolv AI Agents sell my personal information?
No. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone, and we don't share it with third parties for their own marketing. Your data is used to respond to you and improve our website — nothing else.
How can I ask you to delete my data?
Email privacy@evolvaiagents.com or use the contact form and ask. We'll confirm what we hold and delete it within the timeframe required by applicable US state law — usually much faster.
Does this policy cover the AI systems Evolv builds for clients?
No. This policy covers evolvaiagents.com only. The voice agents, workflow automations, and AI systems we build for clients are governed by each client's service agreement, which addresses data handling for that specific deployment. You can see what those systems do on our services page.
Do you use cookies, and can I turn them off?
Yes — a small set of essential and analytics cookies. You can block or delete them in your browser settings at any time. The site will keep working; some features may just be slightly less convenient.
Am I covered by the CCPA or other state privacy laws?
If you live in California or another state with a consumer privacy law, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information and to opt out of marketing. We honor these requests regardless of which state you're in — just contact us.
Will you email me after I book a free AI Opportunity Audit?
We'll use your contact details to respond to your request and prepare for the conversation. If you opt into follow-up emails, every one includes an unsubscribe link — one click and they stop.
